Electronic health record transition Spring 2026
From April to May 2026 Health Services, along with the Health and Wellness Department (Counseling Center & Health Promotion), will be transitioning to a new elecronic health record (EHR) to better support your care.
Key information about this Transition:
- -‌ From April 20-May 7 appointment availability in Health Services will be more limited than usual (to allow for training). We encourage students to make appointments prior to the transition, if possible, so that your health and wellness needs can be addressed before Spring term ends.
- -‌ The current Health Services student health portal (in your Okta account) will NOT be available after 4 p.m. on Friday, April 24. The new portal will be available starting May 8 via Okta tile or Health Services' website button.
- - Call us (518-580-5550) for appointments, questions, record requests April 27-May 8.
- ‌- All existing records from both Health Services will be securely transferred to the new system. Those records remain confidential by state and federal law.
- - The transition will allow for a more user-friendly portal and better coordination between Health Services & Counseling while records remain confidential and separate from academic records/the rest of the College.
